1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. Products must be in original condition with tags attached. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
2. How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 4-10 business days. International orders may take 10-15 business days depending on the destination. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet! At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada.
We’re working hard behind the scenes to expand our international shipping options in the future, and we truly appreciate your patience and support as we grow. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 2 business days. Please note that we do not provide tracking numbers at this time. Additionally, you do not need to create an account to place an order, as we currently do not offer account logins or order portals. If you have any questions about your order status, our customer service team is always happy to help, just reach out and we’ll take care of you!
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted. We also offer installment payment options through Shopify Pay for qualifying purchases.
